Sunshine Cookies aka Graham Cracker Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 48 sections of Graham Crackers (enough to fill a jelly roll pan)
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 1c brown sugar
  • 1/2c chopped walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil sugar and butter for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add walnuts. Pour over crackers. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes to set then remove from the pan before it hardens. Cool on a baking rack. Store in a airtight container in a cool place.
