The first time my mom made this it was for a family holiday picnic. Can’t remember which summer holiday, Labor Day, Independence Day or Memorial Day – take your pick. I just remember everyone swooning over this & renaming it the Heart Attack Dip once they heard all the ingredients in it – but it didn’t slow anyone down 😉
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Bacon, chopped, fully cooked & drained
- 2c mayo (I use light mayo to help lessen the heart attack)
- 2 big tomatoes, diced
- 2c sour cream
Directions:
Mix all together & enjoy! You can serve this with crackers or if you feel like doing little toast bites.
